Reporting a mistake
Tell us the page and the question (copy its first few words), and why you think the answer or explanation is wrong. If it's about a certification rule, include the BACB document and page that shows the correct rule. We check every report against the BACB documents and standard behavior-analytic definitions before changing anything, and we fix confirmed mistakes promptly.
What we can't help with
We're not the BACB, so we can't look at your application, book or change an exam appointment, or answer questions about your certification status. Use your BACB portal account or the BACB's contact form, and Pearson VUE for appointments. Questions about your 40-hour training or competency assessment are for your trainer or assessor, and questions about your clients are for your supervisor.
